Purchasing Notes
For accurate quotation, provide service environment, medium, pressure, target standard, drawing, quantity and delivery schedule in one RFQ. The more complete the specification, the more reliable the quotation and supply plan.
Custom orders usually require confirmation before production because small changes in tolerance, finish or inspection scope can affect process route and lead time. A pipe used for visible architectural work may need a more controlled brushed or polished surface, while a pipe used in water treatment, chemical handling or coastal equipment may need 316 or 316L material with pickling, passivation and clearer inspection documentation. If the pipe will be welded, bent, expanded, threaded, cut to a fixed length or packed for export containers, include those details in the first RFQ so the quotation can reflect the real manufacturing and packing cost.
